Electrolyte imbalance? (adrenal fatigue?)

Hey Guys,

Thought you might be knowledgeable about this subject.. I do martial arts.. been training hard in jiu jitsu and other styles for a while... around a year ago I started having bad panic attacks, etc.. sleeping problems.. all kinds of things,, basically I totally burnt out, think I developed adrenal fatigue or something..

Ive had varying symptoms since then and am working on correcting them..

then a few weeks ago, I worked out pretty intensely for like an hour and a half without drinking any water.. after my mouth was dry and I drank lots of water.. but then I went through another period of intense mental stress/anxiety.. did another work out without drinking water..

then around that time I ate a sandwich and had some type of allergic reaction, broke out in rashes on my elbows, neck, knees, with red hot skin...

this went away, but then I had really bad dry mouth for a couple days.. drank lots of water but it didnt get better.. after a few days it calmed down a bit, and i went away on vacation for a week..

while on vacation i started having muscle twitches/spasms.. this kept happening for a while.. got back and still had some dry mouth/dry mucuous membranes/dry skin, then I noticed some white stuff on tongue and my lips were almost turning white, which freaked me out, luckily that seemd to go away after a lil while..

the muscle twitching/spasming has calmed down a lot, but not my muscles feel weak in general and I seem to have lost a few pounds..

What the hell is going on with me???!!!!

im going to the doctor in a few days to get all my levels tested, but any idea what could be happening? are all my electrolyes out of balance? and my hormones like aldosterone / cortisol etc?

HELP MEEEEE

My ex used to have a lot of problems such as yours to the degree of Anaphylaxis.A lot of hive attacks and stress and migraine attacks.I did note that she wasn't drinking enough water and urged her to drink a lot more water with a daily multivitamin.Over timer she improved remarkably,The last few years of our marriage she was near normal.
I myself have had issues with my electrolytes being up the creak with all the stimulants and dieting, cramping issues. It took a while to remedied, with the help of using an isotonic sports drink powder. It doesn't happen overnight. It takes a few weeks to a couple of months before symptoms fully dissipate.
You'll probably find it you go to the doctor he'll more than likely prescribe you with a couple of drugs such as,antihistamines, diazapam, and amitriptyline/nortriptyline.These drugs will not really fix your problem. They will just hide the underlying issue by treating the symptoms.
If I had your problem I would go to the doctor to see what he says/does get the drugs for immediate relieve. Then I would adjust my water and electrolyte intake and go the the health shop and buy some st johns wort and 5htp.To be sure.
Also make sure you are getting plenty of magnesium.Buy the bag of magnesium gluconate from purebulk.com or the likes and add a gram or two to your workout drink.
Thats what I would suggest.
