Elevated CK levels? Muscle damage?

I finished a 12 week Test e cycle about a month ago at 250mg a week and achieved crazy strength and physique gains, I also ran pct with clomid/nolva for 4 weeks, 2 weeks after finishing my cycle.

However here's my problem.... I recently did blood tests discerning LFT, Thyroid, general blood panel. Nothing out of the ordinary until they found that my CK level was 906, consistent with muscle tissue damage.

As a result I prompted to take 2-3 weeks off regular training to somewhat let my body recover.I returned to proper training now and holy fuark!! a lot of my joints feel a whole lot weaker, whenever I do compound push movements bench, weighted dips ect it feels as if my triceps and wrists lack the support to stabilize me from performing the movement and I'm gonna snap my shit.

Training has become really depressing I seriously don't know if I should stop and rest a little more or just ease my way back into it with lighter weights.

Isolation exercises like curls, skull crushers pose a problem too on my wrists and my endurance just isn't there anymore. Additionally, strength has decreased a little.

Anyways I don't wanna keep crying like a bitch to you guys online, as I'm sure things will eventually get better, but do you guys reckon there's some connection with my bloods and what I'm going through?
