I eliminated all alcohol, nsaids, supps, and 19-nor derivitave. Still on TRT, Whey Protein, Benicar. Hoping these levels continue to trend down. Bilirubin is very good so i have to believe my liver is filtering efficiently. Still worried though.

Thanks for the concern guys. I am getting bloodwork done again next week and I will certainly keep you guys posted. I can say I have only had two glasses of wine in the last two months, had a couple moments of weakness. I have also eliminated naproxen and acetaminophen completely. I do take some ibuprofen from time to time. I feel 100% better today than I did when my enzymes were scary high. I didn't realize how bad I was until recently when I actually started feeling good again. I also didn't realize how much I was drinking for the three months prior to the spike. I look back and it was completely out of line, combine that with the Tren derivative I had been taking and its a lethal cocktail for the ole liver. I am very confident next bloodwork will be in range or very close. Thanks again guys, this board has been a real blessing to me and I thank you guys for that. Very much appreciated.

I guarantee that naproxen and acetaminophen are much harder on the liver than the 2 glass of wine in 2 months. I was reading an article about taking NAC and vit C if you go drinking. I would imagine this would help detox the liver also.

Stay strong bro.

Maybe one of the docs will correct me but my understanding is that vitamins will not help liver damage. It is a filter removing poison from your blood. alcohol is a poison, one that I enjoy as well, but a poison nonetheless. Nothing is going to undo the damage, vitamin C or anything else. The damage will be done passing through the liver and hopefully you do not drink too much or often where the liver cannot repair the damage itself. that is the beauty of this organ, if you do not abuse it repeatedly or seriously, it repairs itself. ut taking any supplement will not help
