Elevated overnight heart rate?

The Reta. It elevates RHR. You basically burning fat constantly because of the glucagon agonist, the stimulation of the glucagon. .
Is there documentation stating this? I’m talking about the burning fat constantly thing.
I’m not sure I’m ok with burning fat at the expense of my heart tbh.

Also 1iu of HGH could be less than your natural production so you might be doing yourself a disservice here. I would bump it at least to 2iu. Buy bulk taurine powder. Take a scoop here and there throughout the day. It tastes like nothing. I usually get 4-6g per day. It COMPLETELY eliminated my HGH induced carpal tunnel and I had it bad to the point I was wearing wrist braces to bed at 6iu. Something I learned from vigorous Steve that was actually useful from his early youtube days chatting with Leo Longevity
Thanks - theory being 1iu shuts down normal GH pulse but is less than normal? this was a concern about taking GH at night. I currently take it in the morning if that matters. Original plan was to slowly titrate up to 3-4 units daily over 4-6 weeks.

I have Taurine pills, what dose are you taking? I don't have carpal tunnel, but I do have a little flair of cubital tunnel.

4-6g of taurine spread over the day seems to work for me. I'll double it when I use clen.

Yeah you can take HGH whenever you want but just try to take all of it at once. You'll get less insulin resistance that way and better lipolysis. I like it all before bed. It helps me sleep. When I take it in the morning sometimes I'll notice my heart beating fast or almost like skipping a beat occasionally during the day. I don't get that at night. If you can take it all 2-3 hours before your workout/exercise then you'll really get the best lipolysis. Just look at Type-IIx's HGH book on HGH for guidelines
