Elite Level Powerlifting Cycles

Yeah man i totally believe that and i also agree that these guys are running doses we couldn't even begin to fathom. But i think everyone here is confusing tolerance with reception. You do not build a tolerance to hormones. Its about what your body will absorb and utilize and there is a limit and a point of diminishing returns. Its very plausible that a guy that weighs twice as much as me can absorb twice as much testosterone. The most test i have have ever taken is 1200mg and that got me cock strong, i could believe a 400lbs guy taking 4 or even 5 grams a week on top of other compounds like 19nors that bind to other receptors. That also would account for the higher cruise doses they need to support them. And @Docd187123 can correct me if im wrong but myostatin has more to do with the limit of lean mass your body is willing to put on as opposed to actual strength gains. As a matter of fact i would believe it if someone told me there were some sort of myostatin inhibitors available to top athletes that are administered virally. Anyways the point is unless you weigh 600lbs of lean mass i highly doubt your body will utilize anything near 10 grams of test a week.

I agree with you on this. I also believe age has a factor in absorbing and utilizing what you are putting into it.

Funny all the powerlifters I know believe bodybuilders use insane doses and all the bodybuilders believe the opposite. In fact it is most likely same in either elite lvl sport bb, pl, weightlifting, strongman. Watch Pete Rubish video he is an elite lvl pl and by his own word uses "only" 750mg test e/week, 200mg tren a and 20mg superdrol ED pre comp only.

I think your making the mistake of applying this across a broad spectrum. For example Brian Shaw is top 1% for genetics just as a natural. Not many could be born with what he has naturally. If you read his bio youd see what i mean. I dont think guys like him are the ones needing all that BIG gear. It would be the ones without genetics doing shit like that
Hell maybe im wrong and my suspicions are unfounded. Ill probably go brew 100 grams of test c and pin 10gs a week now, if i don't get as strong as eddy im coming after you trukk lol

These people arent weekend powerlifters. These are people who make their living moving weight. Powerlifters. Strongmen comps. Etc. Those folks cruise on higher doses than we blast.
Correct me if im wrong but i never heard of a PL making money off this stuff. Strongmen absolutely do as do bodybuilders but PL making actual money off of meets isnt some thing im familiar with

What im saying is regardless of being genetically gifted physiologically no mans body will absorb that much test. And as far a Brian Shaw goes i agree with you and thats exactly what i was trying to say, a guy as genetically gifted as him will go a long ass way with just a couple grams of test.

If I try to start out with moderate levels of test all at one time my immune system starts try to kill something. I could only imagine crazy doses.

What do you mean when you say your immune system starts to kill something? Like it wants to attack the test?

Yeah kinda like the flu I haven't tried it lately but when I first raised my TRT doses flu symptoms. I believe I have read that it's a immune response to a foreign substance like carrier and solvents but I'm not 100% sure on that.

I had a response like that one time with test e. Pinned it twice and ended up throwing it out.

Nothing else has ever done that to me.

I believe the elite level Powerlifters get paid in one way or another. Eric Lillibridge was once sponsered by Mark Bell. Now he's sponsored by Pioneer Fitness Knee wraps are the shit. He was also sponsered by BSN. I'm sure he had to have been receiving some percentage of sales.

The test flu happens to me once. I've pinned up to a gram 2 grams of test in on day. First time a front loaded I was worried about the test flu. So I took some emergenc and a vitamin c pill.

It actually wouldnt suprise me at all if Shaw even uses much at all
Years ago Phil Pfister was rumored to complete naturally and i still believe that as well.
There is a tremendous amount of strength that comes with being that tall and heavy

USPA pays like $500-1000 at worlds for the winners of each weight class, i believe. There's also a few cash meets throughout the year that pay about the same. Nothing you could make a living off of though.

Yeah, but you have the stuff that winning gets. Endorsements mostly. Ad revenue. Appearance fees. Etc. The lifts might not pay, but the whole thing will. The big names that people know don't go to work at best buy when we don't see em...at least I dont think so. Maybe radio shack.

E
Lillibridge was endorsed by BSN. And everything you mentioned. They definitely aren't hard up for money. The elites anyway.

They Branch out and create things that we use and buy. Look. I know those are only a handful and the exception. But shit elitefts makes lots of money.

Outside of Arnold I can't recall someone in either sport being that successful.
