Well our youngest finally picked a college and will be leaving (if COVID doesn’t cock block us) in July of this year. The school is a four hour flight to get back home, and with our oldest who graduated two yrs ago and working on the east coast this leaves my wife and I empty nesters after 24 yrs of raising kids.

After surviving a house with 3 women for as long as I have I feel like a boxer who lost, but managed to go the entire 15 rds.

I guess my question to others who have gone through this, is what are the pitfalls if any I should be looking out for? I know my wife tells me she’s excited, but I’m pretty sure the first 6 mos she’s actually gone might be difficult for her......
