What was your cycle?I highly doubt it, especially if you were running an oral. You will probably actually lose some weight.Just depends if you were bulking or cutting though.

bulking, i am was running 500 mg sust and 300 mg deca qv no orals
but then week 5-10 i had to run cyp because a problem in my order, but i still gained some weight after that so i was good. (bulking(

I think with the longer esters you are using you should have a great last 3 weeks. Most of the gear you are using didn't get to high blood levels for a few weeks. Keep the cals up and don't over train. I like the last few weeks of a cycle the best. JMO

yea i think i might be over training... im hitting gym up 3 days on 1 day off 3 days on

yha was on a cycle last week which i stopped a month a head of time. Was on 1500mg test, d bols, fina, deca, oxymetholone parental got a hell of alot stronger but did not gain much weight either.Dissapointed to say the least

I don't know why someone, after only medium gains initially, wouldn't continue to gain weight their last 3 weeks. AAS levels are high, strength should be good, gains should be good.

Unless of course, you're not eating enough. Which from what you've described, sounds like the problem. Especially when you're training 3 on, 1 off.

Mike Mentzer used to say: there's no such thing as overtraining... there's only under eating.

You're missing the point. I don't care if you're eating 7,000 calories a day. If you're not gaining, then for you, you're not eating enough.

I think that you were gaining on 4,000 calories a day and now you're not. Because now to gain, instead of 4,000 calories a day, you need 5,000 calories.

Good luck with your last 3 weeks.

P.S. 2 gallons of water? I've never known water to put a muscular ounce on anybody. You should be drinking milk. Change that 2 gallons of water to 2 gallons of milk and see how fast your weight shoots up.

Hey MaxRep, a buddy of mine suggested drinking milk also.He said that it will pack on weight like nobody's business. He said you can easily get an extra 1,000-2,000 extra calories and 100 G of extra protein a day just from drinking a lot at lunch and dinner. What do you think about this?Would you consider these solid calories?I am a tough ass gainer myself.Thanks.

Rob, I've trained people naturally who have gained more than you. You are right, some people don't even gain 15 pounds. Of course, those are the people who have zero clue as to how to train and eat for muscle mass. They think just taking the steroids will magically make them huge and when that doesn't happen, have plenty of excuses.

I'm sorry to see you're not willing to do what it takes to put on more muscle but, if you're satisified with mediocre gains and don't want to gain anymore during the next 3 weeks, it's fine by me.

MJM, yes, drink milk. Preferably low fat or non fat but, if a person is really skinny, nothing wrong with whole milk in that case. Milk has roughly 1 gram of protein/ounce so it's a great and easy way to add a big chunk of extra protein every day.

Good luck,

I'm sorry to see you have such a thin skin. I thought it was obvious that when I was talking about some people thinking steroids are magic, that I was not talking about you but those people who gain almost nothing.

Of course considering you've gained 15 pounds on this cycle but don't think you can gain any more during the next 3 weeks, you are obviously an extremely knowledgable person and know everything there is to know about packing on the mass.

The next time I decide to do a mass cycle, I'll have to try your mass building secret of drinking 2 gallons of water a day. I'm sure you have some other mass building secrets and hope you don't mind giving me some pointers.

Best to you,
MaxRep

k, go have fun drinking your 2 gallons of milk, hope u get a kidney stone

LOL! great entertainment.

really, I think the low fat milk idea is a good one, i'm going to include that in my diet- thanx max rep.

I do agree with rob90210 here, drinking lots of water keeps your muscles hydrated and your body more efficient at eliminating waste.

I think you guys should come to a compromise:

1 gal a day of low fat milk

1 gal of water.

there.

damn bro you have someone hear that offers you help and you want to mouth off to him? wtf? if you dont want to hear what someone has to say dont start a post asking questions.

Hey look both you guys are right.you do need milk for calories and protein, and you do need water for the kidneys and dehydration.I fucked my last cycle up because i did not do both, drink lots of milk and water. But lesson given..lesson learned, peace.

Since when did 15lbs = medium gains. if its a solid 15lbs then thats great. i mean picture 15lbs of steak, that alot of meat. now if you want to gain 30lbs, then it would be most likely half fat. i mean in my opinion, its impossible to gain 30lbs of solid muscle in one cycle.

now you probly wont gain much in the next couple weeks, but whats gonna happen is it will help your body adjust to your new weight. ive done a 12 week cycle, and the mass gains stopped at maybe week 7, but after the 12th week, i kept nearly all my gains. so my point is, even though you arent making gains in the last couple weeks, it not a waste.

You have to realize we're talking about a kid, Rob, who's 20 years old and on his very first cycle. In my 25 years experience with hard core training and AAS, for someone like Rob, to only gain 15 pounds on his first cycle, yes... that is very mediocre results.
