hey everyone .new to the board here and appreciated all the the help u may offer on hrt therapy.first off ive read swales protocol on hcg therapy,while im interested in it for my own use for hrt i will be going to my appointmeny tommorrow to see my endo .hope the swales hcg protocol may enligten him.currently im on 400 mg test enthanate a month usually taken once evry 2 weeks.latest blood test show that bio-test is only at .5 onthe reference range which in canada is 4.0-13 si units.i think things could be better, ive noticed some testicle shrinkage and that in its self is a problem since my visectomy yrs ago which in turned resulted in a large amount of scare tissue in the scotum.there is a clinical name for this however i forget what it is.now im not sure this problem coupled with some testicular atrophy creates the pain ive been having. i think if my boys were not so tight there would be more room and no pain (hurts to even flex hehe).plus i hope the hcg protocol would help overall.would mt endo be enclined to order the hcg or am i going to have a battle on my hands he is certainly not convinced on any hrt protocol at all ,had to do some real arm twisting to get my gp to start treatment being i was just barely over the normal range 4.4 from 4.0 - 13 mmol/pm.any advice is appreciated.
