Even if you do things that would drop a natty's test level such as have poor sleep, eat shitty food, exercise to exhaustion, etc. your T level is steady and high. Like already stated, this means overall you will have faster recovery, increases metabolism, faster growth, strength increase, etc and these benefits compound over time. Don't expect miracles on that dose but most people will definitely notice a significant boost. For me trt vs natty is night and day for athletics. It shouldn't negatively effect your cardio at that dose but everyone is different.Hey everyone I do a lot of hitt and CrossFit type workouts. I recently started 200mg a week trt.
