EO vs bad pin vs volume.

Just sharing some info about my experience with some recent gear. Think I have it figured out but maybe some more experiments to come.

Little info: started pinning new gear for the start of a new cycle. I am on TRT+ and this is my first run at higher volumes. Using ratios that have worked for me at lower doses.

I like the idea of front loading. So first pin was 700mg/2.8ml TC into my left quad. I like pinning quads and delts. Nice and smooth. Nothing out of ordinary. 2nd day noticed some PIP and stiffness. Nothing bad. 3rd day, wholly hell. My quad was swollen and bad pip. No redness, no signs of infection, not hot to touch. As time went on and into the forth day my leg was swollen like I had been stung by a bee but pip had gone down.

Now not being to smart I decided i fucked up the pin somehow. So on the 3rd day I pinned 100mg TC, 250mg Primo, and 200mg NPP. (1.6ml roughly) Same thing happened to my right quad. And now Im sapposed to go to a EOD pinning. I should note I have pinned all 3 of these from the same source in much smaller amounts every 3rd day and never seen a reaction. The vial of TC I had already previously been using.

Because of these reactions I switched over my product to another source. 70mg Primo/60mg NPP, 100mg TC, every other day. And because both quads are messed up (leg day was brutal), I pinned my delts. About 1ml. No reaction once I switched over vendors.

I am not sure if I messed up two pins royally, my body hates EO, or its the volume that got me.

Damn... cuz if its the EO and I can only tolerate small amounts... I've got 10 years of TRT ong hand.

Hey bro had a similar experience.

EO is very thin. If you inject quickly you will blow up like a balloon due to bruising from the oil speed. It's basically a water retention swelling with no redness. I had a bit of shoulder impingement due to that. I shot it in my delt in 3 seconds flat. Next day BOOM swollen shoulder. Did the other one but super slow and no issues.

Take it super slow as it's easy to inject quickly. I also recommend atleast 3/4" deep and only 0.5ml per site in the beginning.

Which injections had the EO in them? The first 2? Or the last one?

Hard to say, but just as an FYI there is a LOT of misinformation out there about EO. It is not toxic like Guiacol. Some people do get rashes / lumps and increased CRP from it, which can happen with any carrier oil such as Mig840, which is supposed to be ultra premium and non-inflammatory. What I'm saying is, it could be the EO, but I would place it lower on the list than you might think in terms of most likely culprit.

The swelling without redness / warmth / itching makes me think less an issue of carrier oil and perhaps moreseo due to solvents. That second pin looks pretty concentrated. 550 mg of gear in 1.6 ml, especially with primo in there. Without EO that's def a recipe for some pip.
