What brand did you buy, and what country since it is banned for sale in USA. I know certain curry smelling beverage stores and gas stations that still sell it.

if its the standard 25mg pill you might want to cut it in 1/3 ESP since you never took it before. first time I took it I took 1/2 tablet 12.5mg at 200lbs and I was FLYING.
My workout was more of a cardio weight training than a real workout. I was to hyped over kill.
Its strong stuff when you FIRST try it. Better safe than sorry but even 1/3 tablet will pick you up if its real ephedrine.
You weigh 250 but ephedrine taken for the first few times is a big kick for me any way.

i have a natural high tolerance for all substance especially rec i took 50mg and was just a litttle picked up no even that bad it was def real. so the ban did go through thats why i could tell the guy was nervouse selling them to me. but yea i took 2 25mg real ephedrine just picked me up a little bit to bad i cant get it now after my first time using it
