I just started on Semaglutide today.

Stats:
Male
30 years old
5 ft 6
214 lbs
Goal weight : 140lbs

I bought 5 x 5mg Ultima semaglutide from one of the sources on the steroid underground, you can find my review of the seller there.
I reconstituted my 5mg semaglutide with 2ml of BAC water and pinned 0.1ml into my love handle for a dose of 250mcg.
I plan on upping the dose gradually and by feel rather than by the advised method of doubling every 4 weeks.
I will also be using ephedrine pre cardio and possibly pre workout more so as an energy booster than an appetite suppressant.

My diet will be high in protein and fibre and low in fat as i have read that this is the best way to eat on Semaglutide.
I will be focusing on hydration and protein consumption mainly.
I train 6 days a week in the gym, typical bodybuilder style training and i get a minimum of 10,000 steps a day with no exception, usually i get closer to 20,000.

I am not sure if this is the correct sub-forum to post this log so if any admin feels it should be moved then please go right ahead.

Day 1:
Slight nauseous feeling post injection, not sure if placebo or not.
Took 8mg of ephedrine about an hour after, i have taken ephedrine in the past but it has been 10 plus years so i am starting with a low dose and will titrate up from there as needed.
Weight is 214 lbs.
 
Day 12 continued:

I ended up not training today as i had too much work to do but no big deal i got my steps in and diet was all good.

Day 13:

Weight: 206.2 lbs

Weight up today but I'm certain its water due to creatine building up in my system over these past few days as I've been on point with calories and cardio so I'm trying not to let it mess with me mentally.

I did my third Semaglutide administration this morning.
I pinned 500mcg and felt very strong stomach nausea and crampy feeling in the seconds post injection but no other ill effects at all today.
Very little burping and also not noticing any stronger effect of appetite suppression today but i expect that to change as my blood levels increase in the following days.
Definately not having regular bowel movements even though my fibre is high and im takina fibre supplement.
Maybe im having too much fibre?
Im going to do no fibre suppkement for a few days and see if there is a difference.

I trained back today, it was supposed to be a push session but the gym was super busy and i wasn't gonna wait around to use the dumbbells or smith machine for my presses so i just did back and will do push session tomorrow.
Energy in the session was good but for sure noticing the lack of stamina from lowered calories and carbs.

Day 14:

Weight: 204 lbs
New low weigh in today and still have definitely got a couple pounds of food in my stomach and some water from the creatine so I'm happy with that.

Today i will be doing a push session and hopefully getting a good long walk outdoors as the weather is a bit better today.
Just had breakfast and i feel really full from a very small 350kcal meal so that's a good sign.

Day 14 continued:

I got a decent push session in but i am going to reduce my volume from now on as i am finding i am running out of steam around half way through my workouts.

Ended the day within my calorie goal and i got plenty of walking in as well.
Also got a new job so it was a great day overall for me.

Day 15:

Weight: 204lbs

Same weight as the previous day so not too worried, i am definitely holding plenty of food in my stomach.

I am going to look into ways that i can increase the frequency of my bowel movements, its not causing me huge issues right now but i would like to ease the discomfort a bit.
I am feeling a big increase in the appetite suppression in the last couple of days, the 500mcg dose is definitely doing the trick I am finding myself leaving food on the plate and moving meals until later in the day as a result.
I could quite easily drop my calorie intake right now but as I am still losing weight i do not want to drop them too early but i also do not want to be force feeling myself so i will have to find a balance.

Thanks Alex, the Semaglutide is certainly making it easy to maintain a calorie deficit.
I've spent the last two years or more consistently walking every day so its pretty much auto pilot now for me to go out walking a couple of times a day for 30-90 minutes at a time.
 
Day 15 continued:

I really felt the appetite suppression today.
I only ate half the lunch i prepared for myself and I ended up having a Lucozade sport drink as my pre workout meal as i really did not feel like eating any carbs which is very unusual for me.
Even after my workout i did not feel hungry enough to eat a full dinner so i ate half of it and only ate half my usual protein yogurt dessert.
Calories for the day ended up being less than 1500 and i got my cardio in too so a good day overall.

Day 16:

Weight: 203.2

New low weigh in today so I'm happy with that, not surprising considering how low my calories were yesterday.
I woke up feeling a bit hungry today so had a small breakfast of Greek yogurt, an apple and some honey and a cup of coffee.
Only 300 ish calories and i felt full after it.
This 500mcg dose is definitely effective for me right now.
I got a 10km walk in already today and will be doing a pull session in the gym this evening.

I trained back in the gym and hit my goals in terms of calories and steps so another good day.

Day 17:

Weight: 203 lbs

New low weigh in, happy days.
Today i had an exam in the morning and some manual jobs to do at home so i took the day off the gym and didn't get as many steps in as i would have liked but still hot my targets for the most part.
I can feel the appetite suppression weakening when compared to the previous couple of days but its still there.

Day 18:

Weight: 202.6 lbs

Another low weigh in, so things are going well.

Today I will be doing a push session as well as a hike and some assignment work so i have a long day ahead of me.
I definitely feel the effects of the Semaglutide weakening as the week goes on.
My plan is to do another 500mcg administration this Sunday so that would be 6 days after my last shot.
I will then decide depending on how next week goes if I will decide to do two shots per week perhaps on Monday and Thursday rather than upping the singe dose administration. Just a thought for now anyway.

I do my tirz 3x weekly to equal my dose of 7.5mg
So 2.5 m/w/f.
I have seen quite a few people on diff forums doing similar dosing protocols with Sema and Tirz, it certainly seems like a viable option and many people say it helps to minimise side effects when the dose gets higher.
I am going to keep doing 500mcg every 6 days for now as it is proving to be very effective but i think after that instead of upping the dose to 1mg every 6 days i might do 500mcg Monday and another 500mcg Thursday or something like that and see how it feels.

Day 18 continued:

Got a quick 45 minute push session in as i had commitments in the afternoon and i got plenty of walking in for the day and finished up well below my calorie target at around 1450 calories.
I felt no hunger in the evening before bed so decided not to eat anything.
Previously i had been trying to not eat too little too fast but now i am just eating intuitively and if i am not hungry and i have eaten a reasonable amount of protein then i am not going to force myself to eat.

Day 19:

Weight: 202 lbs
Another low weigh in, not feeling hungry in the morning either so all is well.

This morning i pinned another 500mcg of Semaglutide, it was totally painless and no irritation or nausea at all.
After the administration i took 16 mg of Ephedrine and a black coffee and went for a 10km hike.
I have been taking only 8mg of Ephedrine at a time these past few weeks but decided to try 16 mg today and i don't feel jittery or anything so I will continue using 16 mg pre fasted cardio and sometimes pre workout if its not too late in the day.
Later on i will train Back and probably get another walk in as well.
I will be starting my new job this coming week while also finishing up my college course over the next 3 and a half weeks so i will be very busy for the foreseeable future which i am happy about.
It is likely that i will not be able to maintain the same amount of walking that i am doing now but i will make sure to get my hikes in on the weekends and to be in the gym liftin at least 5 times a week.

Hey Mochul, all going well i am down to 201 lbs now, I've just been too busy to update properly as I've been working a new job and studying a college course at the same time.

I will update properly this weekend.
I definitely think I will be moving to 500mcg 2 x per week starting next week as I've noticed the strong appetite suppression effects are not lasting more than 3 or 4 days.

Quick update:

I've been too buys to update in depth on here.
I will continue to update but not as regularly or in depth as before.
Currently still sitting at 201 lbs.
I did another 500mcg shot today, no issues at all.
Definately doesnt feel as strong as the first time.

Could my semaglutide be losing some potency considering i reconstituted it almost a month ago?
Or is my tolerance just increasing?
Either way i see myself doing another 500mcg shot on Thursday for a total of 1000mcg this week.

I haven't lost any weight the past few days as i have been eating about 2000-2500 calories rather than the 1400-1800 i had been eating prior and i haven't had as much time to get my walking in.
Still training in the gym consistently and getting steps in as much as i can.
 
Quick Update, i did another 500mcg shot of semaglutide today.
Didnt feel much in the early part of the day but definately feeling it more this evening.
I've been getting my training and walking in consistently and hitting my calorie goals this week.

Current weight as of today is 199.2 lbs so everything is going well.
Slowly and steadily dropping weight in a sustainable way.
I am eating a balanced diet, making sure i get enough protein, my fats are usually around 30 per day which i consider very low.
I would like to have a bit more fats but i am prioritising carbs for training and protein for recovery so to keep within my calorie goals i am sacrificing the fats.
I will try to update again early next week or possibly Sunday.
 
140 is way too small for any man. Unless you are 5'2" you should be holding at least 160 to even have any real muscle. Can you explain your dosing to me. You are using insulin needle correct and only doing .01? 5and2 that seems like a very small dose. Am I wrong. I used 4and1 so that it is slightly more concentrated and easier to dose. 250mcg= .25mg correct?

I am 5 ft 6 I think, not 100% sure.

I would like to be lean at 160ish and I have gained considerable muscle mass since I was at 140lbs in 2018.
At that time i was running everyday, not lifting weights and fasting for days at a time.
I'm not too concerned about how much I weigh as much as how I look and feel anyway.

I am using 1ml insulting syringes.
I added 2ml of BAC water to a 5mg vial of semaglutide.
So 0.1 ml is 250mcg and 0.2ml is 500mcg.
 
Weighed in at 197.8 today, nothing much changed in diet or training so I think it was just from bowel movements and some water I may have been holding.
Happy with my progress so far and I'm looking forward to hitting the 180's soon.
 
Todays weigh in was 197.4 lbs.
I trained back and got 20km of walking in with around 1800 calories.
All going well so far, no bad side affects at all.
The semaglutide makes it very easy to eat small meals and be satisfied.
