Heck I've seen doctors on the TV show E.R yell; Valium 10mg IV stat for a patient approaching death bc of an "asthma attack" and another instance a patient was given Mefoxin (an antibiotic) as therapy for "angina".

While the antidote of choice for Narcs is Naloxone, Opiate OD can be associated with bradycardia and/or hypotension (albeit as an end stage event) for which Epi is effective.

I have had several severe anaphylactic reactions and I'm prescribed epi too. Since those fucking ass holes upped the price by %500 tricare is talking about not covering anymore. What kind of fucking ass clowns disregard human life just to line their pockets.....fuck big pharma

Sucks that my brother's 2 boys have had food allergies since birth...and they had no money (bro's wife's mother died so they had to pay for funeral) so I dropped $1200 on 2 pens for them (before this coupon thing came out) and the kicker is these need to be replaced every year. Ok...as of friday the people that make epipens and the ceo Desch or whatever announced that they are making available through their website to people whose insurance wont cover the cost of epipen a 300 same as cash coupon to be used at purchase in order to reduce out of pocket expense.
In addition a family of 4 that makes less than 97000 per year can obtain them at no charge. See the epipen website for details.
I know this because my grandson is deathly allergic we cannot afford $500 plus for an epipen.
The ceo recieved over 1 million death threats online according to some reports prior to the new programs announcement.
