How unaesthethic is testicular atrophy?

Hey there,

i wanted to know if the majority on PED's are actively doing something against the testicular atrophy like HCG etc. and how many just live with it.
Im just curious if its perceived as something really unaesthethic if the balls are quite small or if its actually something that some people maybe even look for?
Im not on my TRT yet, but i just want to know what the general opinion is on this topic.

if you start out wit large nuts and you can shrink them to around walnut size the shrinkage is a godsend. Ever since I started gear i dont have to manspread/can sit in narrow chairs again.
Aesthetically speaking, as long as your nuts are not significantly smaller (3/5th to 1/2) than the circumference of your shaft you should be good.
plus, a bit of hanging is always nice, women usually are somewhat fond of that.

You can always rock some neuticles. They used to use sterilized pinballs for this. Not sure what they use now, but I always liked the idea of two pinballs clacking around in my sack. Extra ball and a Special incoming.

Does anyone actually care about the size of your nuts? Mine def shrunk from natty but even after 4 years of TRT/blasting, they’re still not “small”. No girl would look at them and think “wow those balls are small”
