Hey Guys, haven't been around here for a long time (not since it was mesomorphosis). Anyway, I'm 39 and am looking to do a relatively moderate cycle. I can't go the AAS route because I got busted abut 12 years ago by postal and can't take the risk anymore (married with kids now). So, I gotta go the legal route and Epistane seems to be one of the only worthwhile options.
Hoping you guys could give me some advice on PCT for this and have a quick look at the dosage.
Week 1 Epi 30mg per day
Week 2-5 Epi 40mg per day
I can get Nolvadex for PCT but have seen lots of posts on fanboy sites saying Clomid is the best choice (?) along with boatloads of in vogue supps - mostly 'bro science' methinks. What would you guys recommend? I'm married so I don't want to fuck around with my libido and I don't want nuts like raisens. I messed up PCT the last time on AAS and it took me over 6 months to recover - so I definitely don't want to go down that road. Besides Nolva or Clomid, what OTC supps should I add to this?
I realise that this is a very mild cycle around these parts but I'm getting older am less inclined to take potential risks. As far as training goes, I do MMA and BJJ every other day and 5x5's (Strong Lifts version) 3 times per week. I've always been a hardgainer which suited when I fought competitively but now that I just train for fun I want to add some muscle.
Help and advice would be most welcome.
