Epitestosterone

Does anyone know of anyone who has ever gotten their hands on epitestosterone? Or, if this is available in any country over the counter (ex. mexico, europe, asia.)? I've tried searching the net but have come up empty handed. Not looking for specific names or contacts as I know the futility of asking for such. Just want to know if anyone knows where to start looking for such a product. Thanks is advance to anyone who can help.
