EQ as an older feller

Iirc, you were thinking about moving to another country.
Have you moved abroad or have you decided to stay in the States?
Still on the farm in the southern US. I will make my final decision by October. I’m still 50/50.

Where you live? Any suggestions on central/south American locations? I’m looking at 3 different countries down there now. All 3 have had many ex-pats move there in last decade.

I am in Europe, in the UK.
I have never been to South America, so I would not be able to comment on any of those countries.
The South Americans want to leave and go to the US and viceversa, lol.

I suppose someone from the US can have a decent/good lifestyle, in those countries, as you are in a better position, financially.

Still, you need to like the environment, the culture and mentality you will encounter.
But if you have already decided to leave, it means you know what you will find.

You are the gentleman who lives in the countryside with his dogs, iirc.
Are you taking them with you?
Do you want this to be the last time you move?
And, if anything changes or happens, would it be easy for you to get back to the US (e.g. do you have family who could host you and help, if needed?)

Maybe @Ghoul has travelled to South America and can tell you about it.
He goes to Asia, a lot, but maybe he has been there, too.
Or maybe he knows someone who is familiar with that region.

Ghoul-Elite, I hope you don't mind me asking.

Yeah I would fly home often if I do move as my parents are entering their 70s. There’s some awesome spots in Costa Rica, Ecuador and Belize. Lots of Americans have moved there in recent years. I’ve never been to Ecuador but I have spent time in the other 2.

I felt very safe in both locations and could easily see myself living in either. I’d probably prefer Belize or Ecuador though as Costa Rica has a 6 month rainy season. It’s warm and tropical but I’m not a huge fan of routine, constant rain.

I’m just a tropical dude by nature. Saltwater and humidity make me function better. I feel more alive and have never experienced depression in those environments. It just feels like I was meant to live closer to the equator and around saltwater.

Plus I freakin love offshore fishing. Doesn’t get much better to me than going offshore and catching some awesome fish and coming back to shore and cooking them up within hours. Hard to explain the draw I feel for that but it’s me living my best life. I’m naturally drawn to the sea. Especially in the tropics. It just feels right.

Just wanted to update this in case anyone else runs into something similar.

I’m glad I didn’t discontinue my EQ run because I found out what was causing the almost daily fever and chills while sweating my clothes soaked covered in blankets sitting next to a space heater. It was not the EQ! It was a nootropics blend from Supps Central that I was using for preworkout!

The bottle is black and it’s called ADRENALINE from Dark Labs. I’m not sure if it was from something in the product that went sour or if there’s just something in there that jacks me up badly. But ever since I quit using it I haven’t experienced the influenza like conditions. I’m attaching some pictures of the bottle and ingredient profile in case someone can pinpoint possible causes.

So it had nothing to do with E2 levels or from anything hormonal. Something in this supplement made me super ill and jacked up my body’s thermostat. I appreciate the replies and those that tried to help me get to the bottom of the problem.

Yohimbine HCL will do that to ya.

Sounds like you need to up the EQ until you get night sweats! On a serious note, I would still check your E1 to see how you respond. Might come in handy later.

Thanks for the update and glad it worked out.

Looks like it has a lot of caffeine. That could do it. Yohimbine could as well. but the effects of yohimbine are cancelled out if you eat anything. You have to be fasted. That's the great thing about it is if you take too much you can just eat something. It's also not a huge dose. I take 20mg before fasted cardio because according to Lyle McDonald the working dose for mobilizing body fat is 0.2mg per kg. But you have to work up to that dose. The body does adapt to it quickly though. Best to start at 2mg. Probably took me 2 weeks to work up from 2mg to 20mg.

It was severe though bro. Like I was going through 3 sets of clothes every 5 hours and they were almost as wet as if I jumped in a pool. But I was freezing cold.
Yohimbine HCL and Rauwolscine (Alpha Yohimbine) make me feel gross. Nausea, anxiety, sweating, chills. It feels like a very dirty stimulant to me.

It's the only thing on the list that I've seen simliar side effects from.

Maybe it was the combination of 6 different stims that did it. Just speculating since you've narrowed it down to this supplement being the cause.
