eq bridge

hmm that is an interesting question...I'd like to see an answer from a bro that has used eq as a bridge.

i think that an eq bridge is a really bad idea... though, i also think that bridging in general is a bad idea. if i were to bridge tho, i'd use primo or anavar. or both.

never heard of an EQ bridge...most of the time you are waiting on EQ to clear to start PCT, so an EQ bridge just dont even sound right..

thats what i thought.

Yes roofer....200mg/wk for 8 months

I had excellent consistant results (7-8lbs quality muscle). No sex drive problems and will do it again after this cycle.

So you actually gained while on your bridge?Did you keep your vascularity?Did you keep all of your strength? Were you still getting hungry?Damn that sounds like a great idea.A buddy of mine was telling me to do this.

Yes I did gain. I was training only 2-3 times per week with only mass movements and heavy weights. As far as vascularity, I was massed up pretty high this winter so no. (5'10" 265lbs) I can't say I was EQ hungry but I had no problem keeping calories high. Its a rather safe and cheap way to make true gains.

I did it because I was tired of the gain 25lbs and keep 7-8lbs rollercoaster of big hard cycles. They are not worth the depression of the eventual coming off. Although you think your "that" big and strong, its really a temporary illusion. That is why I basically have changed to a bridge during the mass training and gear up stronger for dieting to keep what I have gained.

Also, a benefit to doing this is the gains are slower, more consistant and less people will believe you are getting chemical help because everyone knows your juicing if you pick up 25lbs in 2 months. You have to be patient and stress a good diet.
