Wouldn't be relevant in the first week but I have seen people say that with the major increase of red blood cells, the average diet can't support the iron needed to balance it out and you can essentially give yourself short term anemia on EQ
The biology of it makes sense because equilibrium is important throughout the body and doubling your RBC without doubling the iron can definitely cause problems on paper, but I'm not a specialist on this stuff so take it with a grain of salt.
Again tho, that's a problem 2 months into cycle not a couple of weeks.
