Eq, test, dbol cycle.

What's up guys! Been on meso a while and have yet to do a log.

Stats:
- 6' 1"
- 215lbs
- 35 y.o.
- 16-17% b.f.
Previous cycles:
- Test C 600 mg/wk (12weeks)
- about 8 various prohormone cycles.
(Just finished my last prohormone cycle ever... kind of a fair well cupboard cleaner!)

Which consisted of:
Wk 1-4:
- 18methyl @ 90mg e.d.
- Hexadrone @ 135mg e.d.
- Methylsten @ 30mg e.d.
- Dymethazine @ 45mg e.d.

Wk 5-8:
- Trendione @ 120mg e.d.
- Epistane @ 30mg e.d.
- Stano @ 120mg e.d.
- Hexadrone @ 90mg e.d.

PCT:
- Clomid 150/150/100/100/50
Currently on week two of PCT.


-----------PLANNED CYCLE JUNE 1ST-----------

I plan on doing a EQ,TestC,Dbol cycle beginning June, 1 after precycle bloods.

Cycle will go as such:

1-20 adex @ .5mg e.o.d.

1-6 dbol @ 25mg e.d. (tapering up to 50mg depending on my reaction)

1-20 TestC @ 250mg twice weekly

1-19 EQ @ 300mg twice weekly

PCT wks 22-26

Nolva - 20/20/10/10
Clomid - 100/100/50/50

Precautionary:

Donate blood every 8 weeks.
Pre mid and post cycle blood work.

Plan to keep getting my b.f.% down till my cycle starts.

My goal is to bulk and bring my legs up, also get up to 230lbs and maintain til the following spring cut.


Have while to tinker with this before it starts so any suggestions are greatly appreciated. Thanks for your time!

On the ph cycle it was:

4 sets of 8-15 with rest pause on last set.
Mon. - Chest, tri, abs
Tue. - Back and bi
Wed. - rest
Thur. - shoulders, traps, abs
Fri. - legs

Now I'm kinda switching to maintenence

4 sets of 6-8 reps
M,W,F upper/lower split w/compound movements.

On next cycle I wanna do the FST-7 with a focus on legs.
 
Fst-7 is great. You can do it at the end of a workout if you want as a finisher. May complement the lower rep ranges you're working in.

Got my bloods done... Thinking of starting Monday. Sorry I haven't been posting, me and the OK lady split up and just got in to a place after sleeping in my car for two weeks. Never stopped hitting the gym though, had to work out to use the showers! Haha
