IMO, you should use at least 600mg/week of EQ, for no less than 12 weeks. What kind of EQ do you have?

Do you notice a big difference in vascularity and appetite with that dosing?I am going to be running 500 MG/Wk and want to know if I should up it or not, I want to get jacked with vascularity, but I am also running 500 MG/WK of Tren Enanthate and Omnadren 750 MG/WK and 30 MG/ED of Dianabol. What do you tihnk? Thanks.Would I keep more of my gains if I ran a higher dosage of EQ because the gains are so solid? Thanks bud.

Well, actually the first time I ever used EQ, I used 600mg... and have done that dosage a few times. And yes, the pumps and appetite are great.

The vascularity reaches a point, with me, to where I have to actually hold my arms up overhead for several seconds after each set of any upperbody excersize, because the veins in my forearms feel like they are going to bust. But remember, visible vasculaity has alot to do with
having low bodyfat too. I now have veins that show even in places like my quads and calves after losing 40lbs since March. They didn't show at all before that. Also, the large vein that runs along side of the bicep... that one now shows very well. Before, it's like it wasn't even there.

As far as keeping more of the gains because of a higher dosage?... hmmm, I'm not sure. We might have to hear from some others on that one. But I would say that what you do AFTER your cycle determines how much muscle gains are kept in despite of the dosages.

Anyway, from now on, I am going to use at least 800mg/week, to see if I get even better results. I have always believed in that "more is better" idea, but only up to a point though. There has to be limits on everything.

More Eq isn't such a good idea. This is a case of a little is good and a lot is bad. Reason being, it dramatically increases red blood cell counts and that effect is apparently dosage dependent.

What that means to you is the higher dosages run for long periods of time eventually thickens your blood and your heart isn't going to like that.

I have always been a little concerned with my heart being affected by steroids considering that I do have a mitral valve prolapse. My cardiologist says that it is really just a minor thing, but he also doesn't know of my AAS use. Would taking an aspirin each day help to keep the blood from becoming too thick?

Aspirin is known to thin the blood but by how much, when taking into account AAS usage, I don't know. I personally take an aspirin EOD for the heart benefit. However, too much aspirin also isn't a good thing as people start to get stomach problems.

Longevity in this sport depends on moderation. You don't want to end up like Flex Wheeler or a number of lesser known people who seriously abused steroids and are now paying a steep price.

Good luck,

Good words to go by... thanks MaxRep. I have always heard of aspirin being used for its heart benefits, but I have never used it for that purpose. I may start doing that... one EOD like you're doing.
