If you are looking to transition, I’d strongly suggest getting a doctor that specializes in that. I don’t think that should be a DIY project.

Yes, she is in complete andropause and has been on HRT for a long time.
We are quite well informed on the topic.
I'll be verifying authenticity from the pharma brand and then go from there.
