Estrogen is a category of hormones.
estradiol is an estrogen hormone.
I hope that makes sense.
estrone (e1) and estriol (e3) are not really worth checking, although if you run EQ, your e1 will be sky high, which is why your estradiol (e2) will be low. But e1 doesn't have the same effects, so, you would be testing mainly to satisfy curiosity.

I could be wrong, but I remember reading or hearing somewhere that the male body doesn't really respond to E1. Is that an accurate statement?

I am not a "scientist," but I did stay at a Holiday Inn last night. Both from experience and anecdotally from others, running high doses of EQ with moderate to high doses of testosterone usually requires no AI or extremely limited AI, even though estrone is through the roof.
So if it has an effect, I have not noticed it.

Thanks for the input, I ordered the e2 test. I knew the e2 was main estrogen to worry about but I wasn't sure if most people judged if they needed an ai off of e2 or total estrogen

E2 is much, much more potent than the other forms of estrogen. Estrone and estriol have very little impact, so you don’t really have to stress about them.

E1 isnt as biologically active as e2 but can still have some effects. So on my test only cycles my e2 was always in the 20s to high teens. It was the same when I ran bold cyp/test except I felt more shitty.
This is an associative study. I’m willing to bet diabetic men have high E1 but not the actual cause of the diabetes.But these guys are really scientists and say it is correlated with diabetes in men.

If I’m not mistaken nandrolone aromatizes to E1 as well. That’s why it’s claimed to have some estrogenic activity.
What the hell is Estriolo? Somekind of female-hormone balancing pasta dish? My girl is on her period right now, maybe I should get some Estriolo take out from our friendly local Olive Garden to calm her down...
Edit: just to be clear, estriolo is Estriol. This is a great example of spanglish in real life. Just add an O to the end of estriol and you get estriolo. Still, I think it sounds like pasta.
