So ran a low test only cycle that ended in August. Pct with HCG and nolva. Didn’t touch a AI at all through out the whole process. Now Nipples are sensitive and breasts feel more fuller, no visible signs of gyno and no hard lumps yet. Blood work came back good for everything minus the estrogen was in range but on the higher side. Started taking 25mg of nolv every other day (started Sunday). I have Aromasin on had as well. Thoughts on what to do here guys? How long to run nolva and aromasin for and at how much. Don’t want to crash estrogen just get it lower and back to pre cycle levels. Thanks a million guys.

Your body is like thermostat, it probably is still adjusting itself and balancing out hormones. How long you started to experience problems after ceasing pct? Don't take aromasin, it's too much. See how is your gyno symptoms after a week and then you can stop nolva and see.

Also TT, FT, shbg, lh, fsh and such what are the numbers now? You should be fine, but it will take some time.

How high was E2 exactly? What was your total test? How long ago did you get bloodwork?

Honestly, that's not high enough to really warrant any AI, or even Nolva. Gyno would be actual lumps you can feel, I'd personally drop nolva or at minimum 10mg EOD if you absolutely want to.

I'd go with advice above, ride it out longer and monitor it. I don't see any reason to worry now, give it more time.

Hmmmm. Finished my cycle in mid July. I guess it takes awhile. Just don’t want to be one of those guys that “gets gyno months after a cycle”. Thanks for all the help by the way.

Sounds psychosomatic. Estrogen rebound is not something that actually occurs. If you're still using hCG, you might stop that, as you probably simply don't need it; it can increase estradiol, still to within the normal range.

The #1 cause of nipple sensitivity & puffy breast tissue is obsessively touching them in anticipation of gyno. And believing in estro rebound is a good indication that you're probably doing this, even if subconsciously.

Ya I hear, just wasn’t sure with that prolactin level.

It's normal, can be stimulated by aromatase activity, so if you're using hCG still, stop. Basically, come off all of these hormonal agents, SERMs, gonadotropins, AIs, etc. You don't need any of it, you're basically recovered, and to any extent that you're not recovered, it's because you're using these unnecessary drugs.

The cycle is over. I think you just overestimated how much polydrugging (should be none) that you need to do for a low dose testosterone cycle.
