what is a good estradial number mine was 38 and my test count was 1628. also what is a/g ratio?

Here is a link to the first thing I read on high E2 in men and I still feel this is a dam good read. I don't buy anything from them.

In this they say a man should be between 10 to 30 for any age. When my E2 is up to 38 I have problems I get sore and hard nipples, ED that will not work taking Cialis, can't reach an orgasm, break out in a rash in the same spots and have panic attacks along with sweating all day and night and look red on my upper body.

sex drive is so, so - i take 10mg andro ed, 500mg sust ew that i now stopped, and am taking 10-20mg nolvadex ed mg depend on nipple sensitivity. i just dropped the extra test and started hcg 500iu twice a week. my sex drive is so-so better then when my test count was 162 ill tell you that but not as good as when i waas 17. my nipples do get a little tender though.

does tmg alone lower total estrogen or do you have to take with dim , because dim alone made me feel like a bitch , moody hotfalshes , sad, etc , hate that , my e2 is under 20 so im good there but i thinkl my total estrogen is high , doc wont test me says its a waste if e2 is low , swale says diff, ?

what should i do ?
