Quanta uk has test e300
A little late to the party but quanta is a solid uk manufacturer and they have there own ordering system in place I order frequently from quanta to the eu no issues only delivery can take 1/2 weeks
quanta have a website for order or mail for get price list and info?
They have a website your will have to find someone who know you and can reference you to them

I have used quanta, and still have some vials from them, but I don't want to risk having things seized from the UK.
I’m ordering frequently from them to the Netherlands no issues
Made a small domestic test order @Dutch Labs must say communication payment and delivery went very smoothly delivered within 24 hours product’s looking good ass well 
Opti's not delivering to the UK unfortunately :'(
