I placed an order for Mast E from Pharmaqo EU since he came back last week. It should arrive sometime this week.

IIRC, Opti tested the Mast raws and the results came back good, so he should have Mast E in stock soon as well.

1x a week in castor oil is stable, for a blast I would do a simple 2x a week.
