I don't think that scam sources get banned here. But they are getting exposed. So it's up to every individual to choose if they will order from a source like that

Yeap that's how it goes.

If a source's page is filled with complaints but you decide to go ahead then it's on you.

That's why it's always a good idea to check the last 5-10 pages of the source's page to see how things are going.
