Hi folks, merry Christmas!

It seems that pretty much every question I've asked of Google has led to a post here recently so I thought I'd sign up and say hi!

I'm Andy, I'm a long time on and off trainer (like 18 years) with a new lease of training life and better focus than ever.

I may be too old to set the world alight but I plan on using the tools to hand to do the best I can with what I have still.

I'll try not to ask too many stupid questions along the way lol.

Cheers

Andy

Welcome to MESO Smoggy. Can we get a lil more info from ya man? How about your stats, cycling history (if any), an future goals you have set to accomplish bro?

Ps....the only stupid question is asking for handouts on which source is g2g. Ask anything else you want. If the question is out of line as far a security concerns go, Meso members will let you know rather quickly lol.

Enjoy

Haha yeah, I've seen that one and don't worry.. I've been around the block enough times to know which questions not to ask! Thankfully some of the old guys from my younger days were still around when I came back so sourcing wasn't really an issue :)

OK, stats.. we'll this time last year I was FAT.. around 250lbs, 40in waist and had that 'enough is enough' moment and got on with sorting myself out.

I've trained on and off since 18 (I'm 35 now) so had a base and a bit of an idea so this year I went down to 203 and a hint of abs late summer before trying to add a little mass before another push for leanness this coming summer.

Cycle wise, I messed about 2006-2009 with sort of beginner cycles.. test or test/oral mainly and made some progress but let life get in the way and quit.

This time out, a little older and with a little boy already I've gone for it a little more.. I ran moderate test through till April, then low test/tren followed by test/mast.

I called this blast cruise but it's a lie really... I just blasted for 9 months straight.

I dropped to 150mg pw of test in september though and ran that through until this week when the test started heading back up... I homebrew my test so all cycles will be test + a little something.

Goals wise, I'm going in small steps.. this year is some size and abs by june with an ultimate goal of a go at competition at 40 - I'm quitting work for study in September too which will help with any luck.
