Hello Everyone,

I have been inconsistent with fitness since Highschool and am now in my late 40s. I have made it the entirety of 2025 consistently in the gym (home gym) and have managed to drop 40 pounds down to 13% body fat at 177 lb body weight (BF measured by Dexa Scan, caliper measurements also confirm)

I have been on TRT since 2023, and am now looking at TRT+ protocols to help gain back some lean mass.

I have also used peptides in my transformation journey.

I am looking forward to getting to learn and discuss
