Hi, I am 59 years old and recently got back on HRT through my doctor. I was previously on for a couple of years when I was ~54 but was living overseas for my job at the time and it just became too difficult to get labs and the prescriptions. Now that I am retired, I thought it would be a good time to get back involved as it does make me feel so much better.
