Exemestane and erectile dysfunction

Hi,


Has anyone experienced poor erections / erectile dysfunction on exemestane (and also a rancid urine smell) while on exemestane? (Sorry for the graphic description) Everything else being the same, (cycle, diet, lifestyle, etc) I didn't have any issues with other AIs :/ maybe I'm taking poor quality exemestane?

I would say it's more likely you're taking too much. I'm on test300, primo200, ment 15daily and need one half exem every 3.5 days

I'm taking 1/4 of a tablet (which is 6.25mg) per week on a 300mg test/week. But I agree the likely cause is low estrogen levels.

And what about the 'rancid p*ss' smell (sorry about the explicit). Do you guys have it as well?

I end always getting back to other ai or serm due to these issues

It may be that it just doesn't agree with your body chemistry. Yes, you're taking a low dose. I've had that smelly urine, but only from being dehydrated, diet was off etc.

I wouldn’t think you’d need an ai on only 300mg. It’s good to keep e2 as high as possible within range.

Run test and primo or Mast at 1.1, shouldn't need any AI. If I run 1.1 my E2 is in the gutter and I get floppy useless erections

I didn't understand: so, if you follow your own advice, you get floppy, useless erections? I may have misread/not understood something.

We are different. You aromatize highly, I don't. You should try a higher ratio, like 1.1 . If I did that it would not work well. You might be able to do it, and not have to take exemestane at all.

Thanks. Still, as I cruise on testosterone, I don't think taking 300mg of primo (or even lower amounts, if I could get away with it) would be sustainable. What's your opinion on that?
