Hey meso I've been thinking about this for quite some time and I see waaay to damn often here and pretty much every other board. That is the dosing for exemestane.
For some fucked reason it seems to be the census to dose this shit every day or every other day at 12.5-25mg. Why? What bro science lead you to this ridiculous over dose?
Well I think first off the biggest misconception is the fact that exemestane has a rough half life of around 9 hours in males, Therefore people generally would believe that it needs to be dosed more often. This is the case In many drugs like anastrazole letrozole.etc
But exemestane is a SUICIDAL INHIBITOR!
Meaning once the drug is active it renders the aromatase enzyme useless forever. So why the fuck would you want to do this everyday???? You do realize in men it takes roughly 1-2 weeks for our bodies to produce more of this enzyme (depending on the person)?? Yeah I know shocker huh so by taking this drug every day or even every other day ur body stands no chance in getting any estrogen out which you should know is just as bad as having higher estro if not worse. Then you may ask your self well I know guys who have to take it every day or else they will get bitch tits if they dose once a week. Then guess what their exemestane is fuckin bunk or is anastrazole hate to tell you. FYI exemestane is one of the most expensive ai there is. So it's no doubt RCs and UGLs would give u bunk or another drug that's cheaper. But let's not forget how other ais work. They only BLOCK the enzyme while the drug is ACTIVE then once the drug is gone from your system BAM spiked e2 the enzyme is still alive. Therefore it is crucial with those drugs to keep a strict dosing protocol. Now how would you properly dose exemestane then ?? Everyone is different no one dose will work for all but a good place to start is 12.5-25mg ONCE a week. If this does not seem to be cutting it go to twice a week (MAYBE every 3 days but I would get blood work done first to confirm you need this much). Anything beyond this point I would question the legitimacy of your product. And please dear god don't reply with "well if I'm on dbol and high test I'll need more because they aromatize heavily" just stop these drugs can ONLY convert into estro via the aromtase enzyme they themselves do not make aromatase. No AAS does this. To touch back on dosing you could in theory take smaller doses more often if wanted but I don't see any positive in this. And on a closing note the only real way to control your estrogen and get a correct dose is to do your blood work people. Be smart be safe

The e2 suppression rate of aromasin is about 35%. How many people do you know that have crashed their e2 with aromasin?

Aromasin (Exemestane) is a Type-I aromatase inhibitor, or suicidal aromatase inhibitor. It’s called this because it lowers estrogen production in the body by attaching to the aromatase enzyme, and permanently deactivating it. It averages 90% rate of estrogen suppression, which equals a reduction in estradiol levels of about 50%, as well as significantly raising testosterone .(up to 60%)

Aromasin not only increases testosterone and lowers estrogen, but it also increases levels of insulin -like growth Factor (IGF). And Aromasin is not too harsh on lipid panel (cholesterol), unlike some of the other AIs’ like Letrozole .(Femara) Aromasin reaches steady blood plasma levels of after a week of administration, and this is also when we see it begin its maximal effect on reducing circulating estrogen levels. It has a terminal half life of 9 hours in MEN, so taking it once per day will build up blood plasma levels to a very effective level.

Also, there have been some additional researches related to Aromasin in men in pharmacokinetics. The results of the research are the following:

24 hours after one 25mg dose, estrogen levels are reduced by 70-80%;

72 hours later estrogen levels are still 40% below the baseline;

120 hours after initial dose, estrogen levels return to baseline.

Additionally, the University of Florida conducted a study in healthy young men:

There is so much bullshit in your post I'm not sure if you're trying to qualify for the shit slinging Olympic team or just retarded.

There is no clinical benefit to aromasin's suicidal properties. And if what you claim is correct, that a single dose is good for a week or maybe twice a week dosing is enough, then why does estrogen begin to go back up to normal levels within a couple days? If it takes 1-2wks to make new aromatize awe enzymes then how does estrogen go back to normal in a couple days? Probably bc you're an idiot that doesn't know any better.

Furthermore, you talk about taking too much aromasin will prevent the body from making more estrogen. Guess what? Even at a 50mg dose, aromasin only suppresses estrogen by around 60ish% on average. For the non-mentally challenged members that means it's damn near impossible to crash estrogen with aromasin wthout being a complete tool.

Twice weekly dosing is not ideal at all. It's suggested as a convenience for beginners pinning at the same rate, timing suppression with peaks (in theory).
