Sup guys. So I'm on my second week of pct from my second cycle and when I was benching two days ago on my final rep I got this explosion of pain at the base of my skull. It crippled me. I thought I might of pulled a muscle at the tip of my spine because it happened during a final rep when I was pushing myself. 5 minutes later the pain was gone so stupidly I tried another set and on the first rep it happened again. So I hung up the weights. The next morning I had a mild headache that went away by noon. I decided not to workout that day. Anyways I had sex that night and when I busted Boom! Another crippling headache. I woke up with another dull headache all day. Do anyways today and stupidly I decided to do a workout but I wanted to use low weights so not to bring on another headache. I did my stretches and some body weight squats and felt fine so I threw 135 on the bar and on my first squat boom, horrible headache at the base of my skull. It sucks. I gonna lose my gains. So my question for my meso brothers is have any of you ever gotten these headaches from working out? Did they go away? What did you do to correct them?
BTW I've been training on and off my whole life and pretty hard the last five years and never had an issue.
