Experienced insulin users

He's not right about anything he is saying. It's dangerous idiocy to do as he proposes.

I'd have engaged in conversation with him were he talking about potential lipolysis a la glucagon (actually not lipolytic with even endogenous insulin levels in man) or glycogenolysis (he is not even making sense with mentioning gluconeogenesis)... and insulin inhibits both glycogenolysis and gluconeogenesis in the liver.

He's absolutely making shit up, has no fucking clue what he is talking about. Besides, I have a forthcoming article that'll be published on the main site that addresses the various myths surrounding the use of insulin for fat loss that actually addresses sensical arguments put forth by decent bros, despite their being incorrect (respectfully).

Para is a dangerous idiot that thinks that progesterone is vital for men, exogenous estrogens increase IGF-I in men, insulin a la glucagon confers fat loss benefits in man, and various other major errors. He knows just enough to be dangerous.

Remember when I said “ I’m not talking about gluconeogenesis “ ?

…It’s quite easy to see you love being viewed as smart- more than you actually want to be smart.

You know how I know ?
…I know because It’s easy to make yourself sound smart, when you put effort into producing accurate sentences to dismantle a stance I didn’t even take.

So your left with readers seeing your ability to be a ballbuster who actually makes sense, readers who never go back and see you’re just randomly making sense about something that has nothing to do with me or anything I said except pertaining to the same topic. Not my actual stance on it.

___________

Anyways. Literally sorry about all the disagreement dude.

On a side note, the thing I mentioned about estrogen ( nothing to do about exogenous ) just regular ok estrogen. I’m actually curious to see the info that shows estradiol increases igf sensitivity or something in cow but does not in human. That’s a very specific thing to compare , and I can’t imagine a study involving both giving the same drug to humans and cows In the same trial… but if such a thing exists. I want to see that shit. If it doesn’t exist, that goddamn let’s move to Russia and get that shit going son.

Whats your take on slin and which dosages have you played around with. With gh ofc
Been a minute. But I think this will put things into perspective for some of the bro science. The biggest action that slin, glucophage or any other in that category. First and foremost they are all glucose disposal systems period. With that being said there is plenty of medical studies and some medical practitioners that use slin for weight control and to aid the body in break down for those who are looking for that to control their weight or longevity . Used in low doses slin is a fat disposal period in low doses I mean 5iu or less, humlog just works faster than lantus long acting. This is where the sodium, electrolytes and other normal body functions get affected. As with anything "disposal" it eliminates glucose levels n the blood first then whatever else it can find. I feel it pushes the nutrients to the body then flushes everything out of your system. I don't use long acting slin ever I have tried a couple of times but not for me. I do not want to mess with my natural axis longer than need especially with chemicals that suppress your natural production.

As far as the actual GH I literally have tried almost 20 different brands half being pharma grade and I feel anything more than 3iu just creates water retention and bloating. I can feel it on my joint getting softer after 3iu and also carrying water like that is what elevates blood pressure and stresses the heart. I have been SO lucky I have no BP issues genetics which probably has saved my life. Also? I get NO gyno at all no matter what dose.

I believe higher doses and tons of GH create water retention and create more sides not worth it unless you're going pro. I believe bodybuilding is a 4 prong approach with each carrying 25% weight. Training, Food, Drugs, Genetics you have to have all 4 to even able to step on the stage with the heavy weights. All the classic category are the guys that couldn't make it because of genetics.
Too MANY guys focus on the drugs and GH as the miracle fix.

If I was to do it all over again 30 years ago when I started. I would have started with the diminishing returns theory to use enough for progress but not to over do it and use a methodical calculated approach over the long term with a full exit plan, using what I said slow from the start and then move up very very slowly.

I know a lot of bros will say BS to my post but for most people 99% who never step on stage why abuse your body? I have seen more than 75% of bros in bodybuilding (including how many clowns from here have disappeared) are very short sighted, I say that now I'm over 50 and how many guys you see over 50 jacked? Not too many. Can I tell you how many bros I personally know with heart conditions (my Buddy almost died last year) combination of gear abuse for years his cruise was 1000mg deca) and joint problems. Including me in need of surgery on 3 rotator cuffs on the right and a couple on the left side as well. So I paid the price for abusing my joints for long time. This isn't a lecture but older guy perspective that's all.
