Fall Bulker and stats.....please critique

I am 28 years old, 185lbs about 14%bf. Planning on running a dbol/test/deca cycle to pack on some pounds. I would say it's about my 5th cycle overall. Unfortunately, my first 3 cycles were pre-meso.

I am currently consuming about 4000 calories a day on a 35/40/25 split.

My post workout meal consists of an Isopure Fruit Punch drink with 50grams of added dextrose. So thats 55/45/0. Then an hour or so later I'll have a high protein low carb dinner with some good dietary fats.

My goal is to gain some lean muscle mass. Not too worried about the body fat right now but i don't want it to get out of hand. Mostly worried about maintaining health while growing.

Cycle will look like this:

01-04 Dbol 40mg, 750mg test E, 600mg Deca
05-10 750mg test E, 600mg Deca
11-12 1000iu HCG ed for 10 days, 40mg Nolva ed
13-14 100mg Clomid
15-16 50mg Clomid

Everything looks good bro, but I would only run the clomid for 3 weeks, so something like this:

Week 13 - 100mg ED
Week 14-15 - 50mg ED

Besides that everything else looks great.

Looks good. But, I'd run nolva the 1st ten weeks at 10mg ed, or substitute the nolva for arimidex @ .25mg ed. This will help keep the gyno monster away.

Unless you have a problem with gyno, which it doesn't appear you do with that much Deca, Nolvadex is fine, but I like to run it from day 1 at around 20mg ED. Also, just curious, what did you weigh when you first started...5 cycles ago? Your cycle looks solid, it's what I do normally except with 400ml deca. Oh yeah, if you've never done it before, inject twice a week. Say 500test and 300 deca, then 3 days later 250 test/300 deca. I've done this for my last two cycles and haven't had those highs and lows that I used to get with once weekly shots. One last thing, your post workout meal should consist of a high glycemic index carb (baked potato, pasta). You want that insulin spike at that time to really shuttle the nutrients into your system.

Ace, the cycle you have outlined is fine. Only thing I might change is drop the deca to 400mg/week. Just keep in mind that starting your cycle at 185#, 14%bf you only have like 160#lbm, so consuming 4000 calories from the get go is most likely going to get you fat. Ideally, before commencing with a bulking cycle, it's more beneficial to get your bf down to a reasonable amount like 8-12%. Also, I'm a little confused as to why you only have 160#lbm after 4-5 cycles. I guess if you're like 5-8 or shorter that's reasonable, but not for someone taller.

Exactly why I asked what he weighed 5 cycles ago. You started way too light more than likely. This is exactly why we so adamantly get on the newbies to pack on as much natural muscle as they can before submitting to AAS. I also prefer 400ml deca, I personally never saw any difference with 600ml other than onset of itchy nips alot sooner.

Well like i said, my first 3 cycles were pre-meso so i had no idea what i was doing. Training sucked, diet sucked......everything was out of order. My last cycle was solid. I was weighing in at 205 at about 9% after the cycle and kept the gains. Then i got sick and was on a liquid diet for a few weeks. You'd be surprised how fast your body disposes of that extra weight. Now I'm trying to get back up in weight. My diet is very clean and my training is tight as well. I'll probably drop the deca down to 400mg/wk.

What do you guys think in terms of diet though. Is 4000 calories a good goal for packing on lean mass. I forgot to mention that I also play basketball 3 nights a week for about 2.5 hours. So I'm not worried about adding too much body fat. For some reason I don't seem to get fat anyway. My current estimation of 14% is probably high as well. I'm probably around 11% or 12%.
