Ok, so I was just watching some videos of Cutler and Coleman training and I couldn't help put notice the speed at which they do their reps. I always thought (and got told) that you needed a slow tempo of 2 sec - 2 sec to maximize, now I see champs do 1-1. Did I miss something? I mean, they (Coleman, Cutler, etc) can't be wrong about how they train. Or is it because, at the level they are, it doesn't really matter anymore?
