Fasting glucose is between 110 to 120

110 fasting blood glucose is genuinely nothing imo. your pancreas are stressed and you should change something, but htis really isnt a pressing issue. Do more cardio. Eat less fat. This is not the end of the world.
get a CGM if you want to keep your eye on your BG

I've been on 5IU for about 3 weeks now. What should I do?

For some background info, I ran HGH for the first time several months ago while cutting -- started at 2IU and gradually bumped it up to 5IU, because my IGF-1 and Z score were consistently coming back even LOWER than my natty IGF-1 levels, including when I was at 5IU. I was also running tren, so I'm wondering if the cutting + tren combo was keeping my IGF artificially low. In addition to all that I was running Reta and never had a problem with blood glucose levels.

Anyway, now I'm bulking while cruising (just test C at 250/ week) and taking HGH 5IU and Reta at 2mg/week, which I thought would control my BG but apparently it's not.

I take the 5IU at night 3-4 hours after my last meal and right before bed.

Was thinking of ordering some metformin as the next step but it might take 3-4 weeks to arrive. Would this elevated BG be "okay" to deal with until it arrives, or in the meantime should I lower the HGH dose/ switch to EOD dosing?
You have the same problem I was having.

I too was bulking l and was taking 4mg of reta. Problem was, my fasted blood glucose in the AM 99 mg/DL which was too high for my preferences because I eat a small breakfast before I work outm

You will need to either add on metformin, up the reta dose, switch to tirz, or lower your HGH.

I solved my BG problem by switching to tirz and am presented taking 7.5mg a week. This has pushed my BG down to 94 mg/DL which I can work with.

Another problem is, I am too fluffy right now and need to cut. Basically 185 lbs but my body really does NOT like having the extra body fat when I am above 15% and doing all sorts of extra drugs. You may want to consider that.

99 and 95 are the exact same btw, its like 1/4IU of insulin difference. 6 grams of sugar move your BG more than those 5 point
