fat abcess

I am going into the 4th week of my cycle... and i have a phat abcess on my glute... its like a wallet under my ass-skin... i have been pretty sterile ... i thought... always use a new dart... always pre-clean with alchool... but i still have this abcess... i have not alternated glutes... and shot up in the same general area every time... are there any tips you guys have for getting it to go down... also it itches like hell?

just wanted to let everyone know... i had the fatest abssess possibly in anabolic history... i laid off the shots in that glute for a couple of days... kept one of those new medicated heat patchs on their... and a heat pad for about 20mins at night... and now it virtually non-existant
