Favorite bulking foods...budget choices

Deer lots and lots of deer meat. Peanut butter, eggs, my grandmother's cooking;) fuckin banana pudding (not that fake shit but the real grade A with the meringue on top and niller wafers):D
I need to get into hunting. I have no problem filleting fish but I just don't know if I'd have the stomach to dress a deer.

Ever clean/cut up whole chicken? Kinda like that but not really if you can handle fish I'd bet you could handle deer. I was raised around alot of hunting and butchering farm animals, always amazed me when people throw up and gag over something they'd gladly pay $30 for at a fancy steak place.;)

My wife has this weird addiction to watching this thing on YouTube "Dr pimple popper". Fuckin start dry heaving when ever I glance at her phone.:( but elbow deep in a deer carcass and I'm golden:cool:

Whole chicken, yuck, that's fowl for sure. Stinks.

Pay the butcher, just pay the man.

I'm am excellent shot, but no patience for hunting anything with 4 legs, too much time, too early in the morning, and too messy. Plus, I'm fed up with anything resembling being back in uniform, I'm lazy now, need my creature comforts.

Mince beef is just so versatile. Particularly as it's well suited to being reheated from frozen.

I tend to find chicken not so great in this regard.

I gotta agree with @rutman chicken and rice is where its at ! Its simple , digests good , easy to make in bulk for meal prep , and dirt ass cheap lol ! I'm personally a basmati man but I'll grab the 5 or 10 lb bag of jasmine occasionally because it a bit cheaper . then if you need to up the cals a bit sometimes I'll drop the chicken for 80/20 ground beef or turkey ... Eat that 2-3 times a day and plus a couple other little snacks throughout the day you can hit 4500-5000cal no problem . plus the chicken and rice will literally cost you maybe 30-40$ a week if you shop around for the best local prices on chicken !

For me, 2c cooked rice and 8oz of chicken.

Yep , more or less the same . if I'm bulking 8-12oz of protein , roughly 2c basmati (hard to tell I just eyeball a cup dry when I'm making it) , cook my chicken in macadamia nut oil or coconut . I try to get that meal in at least 3 times a day ..which totals about 3600ish cals..

And just to maintain sanity I'll dirty it up some with a bowl (or 2) of peanut butter captain crunch or waffles , and my go 2 fast food choice is usually a couple grilled chicken go wraps from Wendy's .. Don't judge me lol if I could get 5-5500 cals down in clean food I'd go that route ,but I just can't do it :D

Awesome thanks. I do roughly something similar but I am going to add in an extra chicken and rice meal. So my four main meals our breakfast, seven whole eggs with cheese and salsa and toast. Then I will do back-to-back chicken and rice meals for meal 2 and 3. Then a shake which will total over a thousand calories. And whatever bulshit in the middle I want LOL I am also washing all of this down with lots of whole milk. Time to get good and bulky. Also on a gram of test and Anadrol. Thanks for the tip guys

Shit I didn't think about it yesterday but there's another great way to get your chicken and rice in if your pressed for time . Make your rice the night before and portion it out into your Tupperware , then weigh out your chicken and toss it in the crockpot with some broth . wake in the morning and that shit will be falling apart delicious .. I just kinda eye ball it up into equal portions with my rice , but itll free up a shit ton of time for you .

I use the crockpot every night brother. Don't know what i would do without it. I get home late from work, toss the chicken in and walk away. Done.

Lol if its wasn't for my foreman grill and the crockpot 95% of my diet would come from fast food , definitely a life saver!!
