All in one cycle?

In my younger days yes. Low doses though, nothing crazy like people do today!

Put on 20 stage lbs in 16 weeks and completely changed my physique; from top of middleweight to top of LHW.
I think I read this right. 16 weeks ON With a muscle increase of 20lbs. Your one lucky MF having receptors like that! One question, Why would you ever change your cycle? If your at the Top of LHW you could be SHW in just 4- 16 week Cycles with a gain of 80lbs which should put you about 280ish. As I get older my eyesight worsens, but my ability to see through the bullshit is much better.

Just because he got that result once doesn't mean if he ran it again he would have the same result. He isn't active on here much anymore, but go look at his cycle log. Dude is legit

I agree we have to change compounds to keep receptors sensitive; and or up our dosages without flooding receptors. With that being said he would be able to run that Particular Cycle for two Seasons gaining very close to his “20 lbs”and still have Respectable dosages. Genetics may be the Factor, if so he definitely picked the correct Sport. This dude gained 20 lbs in 16 weeks ,HANDS DOWN!
 
So far I’d say my current cycle is the best. Never seen 230 on the scale before this cycle and I’m hitting PRs in the gym and my dimensions and measurements are all noticeably up

probably won’t run a cycle this big again though atleast for a while. I get out of breath so easy, have to use lots of AI. Next cycle I’m experimenting with low test and high primo.
How much AI you need for that test dose? Thanks

and as for “why don’t you just do that 4x and be Mr O at 5’6 270 on stage,” that isn’t how it works. That offseason was perfect. Perfect training, perfect diet, prioritized rest and recovery, frequent massages and PT, etc. I am not THAT genetically gifted, I just maximized every variable for 16 weeks. I was primed for it by having a little layoff from gear and consistent training, used a coach for offseason that pushed me thru daily to higher cals, etc etc.

I did not repeat that and have not again yet. Would love to, but that isn’t the reality of things. I don’t expect +20 ever again in a single offseason, but have to work like I do.

What did your calories/macros look like for the 16 weeks?

20 actual stage pounds - That's amazing! How many actual pounds and then how many weeks to get down to stage weight again?
Been inactive! Sorry for the delay.

calories were continually upped. I started probably around 4K and ended somewhere around 6500. The delta there is mostly carbs with trace proteins and fats. Final macros were something like 420/850/120? They’re in my log somewhere. Dieting down was a total of ~20 weeks with a show at 16 to qualify and a national show 4-6 weeks later IIRC.

Just glad to see you back. We were concerned something bad had happened. Are you going to be continuing your log?

That log inspired me to push harder on weight gain, and I recently (April) got up to 251 pounds -

being 6 feet tall, though, it is not as impressive as it sounds. I still look very small and certainly don't have the legs to win an open class at an NPC contest. If I can keep my blood pressure under control (looking iffy at this point) I may make one more push to add size and try competing again (I won overall in 2020 but in a non-NPC contest. The NPC guys who win shows around here are much higher quality physiques than mine - that is my goal, to try and win an NPC open class in ANY NPC contest, LOL! Not looking like a reachable goal as I get older).
