Please post any simple high protein recipes that you have tried and like. Here is one of mine

Chicken Pasta Salad

2 C chicken cooked (or canned)
1 C peas (fresh or frozen)
1 C broccoli (fresh or frozen)
12 oz pasta cooked (twists)
1 roasted red pepper, chopped
5 Tb Italian Dressing
3 Tb Balsamic Vinegar

To roast pepper:
Set oven to broil. Let heat up for 5-10 minutes. On pan place pepper about 4 inches from heat source. Broil for 20 minutes. Turning every 5 minutes. Pepper will be slightly black on each side. Let cool and peel off skin and remove seeds.

When all is cooked mix all ingredients together.

Makes: 10 Cups
