Favorite NPP Recipe With MCT Oil?

I see some have moved from 2% BA and 20% BB, to less BB percentages. Yes, depends on carreir oil selection and quantity.

As of now, what is your goto NPP recipe in MCT oil? Preferably those who have done it personally. All tips and ideas welcome.

Even though I have bottle top filters, since it'smy first time brewing NPP, going to use 10ml syringe and syringe filter into sterile sealed vials. From beaker, to syringe, through filter, into vial.
Concerned with crashing in vial more than anything. Sure, could heat it up, but want to eliminate that and have it hold, so I can use recipe for future runs in bottle top filter.

Some stuff, much more where that came from.

Just made some in mct using 1%ba and 15% bb. It worked well

Added powder and bb applied heat till melted then removed from heat and slowly added the ba and mct while stirring

You could brew it at 1% ba and 15% bb and let it sit for couple days in beaker to make sure it holds before filtering into vials.

I just can't do that because I have kids and a wife and don't want to leave hormones sitting around.

Shown is a dryer height adjustment foot with threaded shaft, with flange on top. Weight goes on flange.

Captain Obvious: using a 60ml syringe and 100ml vial would eliminate amount of backfilling using a 10ml vial.
A thicker plastic block that covers more of the syringe, with more accurate sized hole, will increase stability. Also ability to easily sanitize and wipe down.
To eliminate the need to lift syringe a little to unseat/remove syringe filter needle, just set the syringe block higher, and have a block spacer underneath the vial(insteat of CD caees shown). Remove block spacer and slide vial down to remove vial.
If using 60ml syringe you may need to attach at least 3 guide rods extending out of syringe block to stabilize weight to prevent side to side movement.
You could center and superglue a flat piece of material to the flat part of syringe plunger where the weight goes, to create a larger platform for weight.

I am using a 3lbs weight. Without guide rods for the little 10ml syringe plunger, a 5lbs weight, if it was to become unbalaced, would tip over and most likely damage the thin plunger shaft.
To remove extra oil in filter, unscrew syringe filter, remove plunger, put syringe filter back on, then put plunger back in syringe. This will create air pocket in syringe that will compress and remove most of the gear in the filter.

Another idea is the same syringe block, but with a backing that extends upward. Attached to backing is a small pvc pipe. Inside pipe is a rod with threaded ends. Rod extends out top and bottom of pvc pipe.
Top of rod has flange threaded onto it to except weight. Bottom part had flat peice attached to make contact with syringe plunger.
This directs weight throught pvc pipe and rod mechanism onto syringe plunger, for more pinpoint downward pressure.

Interesting idea using air pocket to push remaining oil out of filter. Most just push extra 2ml of pure oil through filter.

Yeah, if you try and pull plunger back without unscrewing the syringe filter, it won't let you, because it has the oil in the syringe filter.
To get out oil from filter the weight was not heavy enough, so I used my hand for extra pressure. Only after all gear was filtered, just in case the filter gives out.
