Yeah man always raw oats.
You have already tried cooked oats cooking them releases a lot of gluten.
The difference in volume is substantial.
Try eating 2 cups of dry oats cooked and you will feel sick.

I see no one here uses Prosupps whey, i like its choclate flavor!! I need to order a 5lbs tub thinking of geting more pro supps brand.. idk what vrand to try! PES SCIENSE select whey i just have gas and gas and its chalky i hate it!!

Is my protein chawkyy?

carnivore beef protein is what ive been using for the past 3 years good I find that its easier on my stomach then whey/ isolates! just dont get the vanilla flavor

BSN's Syntha-6. Strawberry is my favorite. I also like the double chocolate and vanilla ice cream. It tastes really good but mostly because it doesn't give me the bloat like some other proteins do and it's low in carbs.

Max Pro vanilla ice cream with fairlife milk, bananas, and strawberries that's the buissness. Max Pro is from a store out here in Cali called Max Muscle, don't know if they exist in other states.
