Favorite Wrist Wraps - Which ones have you tried?

http://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B0030FY0GM?psc=1&redirect=true&ref_=oh_aui_search_detailpage (Grizzly). I tried some wraps with the thumb loop and didn't like them as much. Too much fuss, and every time I tightened them they felt a little different than the previous time. I can get the Grizzly wraps exactly where I want them with one quick tug each. I wait until I'm on the bench to pull them tight.

I use these, I get a lot of positive feedback at my gym when I wear them-

Those are the ones, yea. I linked the word Grizzly in my original post. Cheap and effective.

If you can't grip it you can't lift it
Dont use a crutch man. Stick with the forearm grip training and you'll be glad you did

kind of a sidebar since this thread was about wraps NOT straps
but all this grip talk got me irritated
so today i just left the straps in my bag, bc it occurred to me I've never really tried to see what i can hold w/o straps

I always just grab for them like a little sissy as soon as i feel it a bit
so pulled an easy 515 bare handed, although a pad on my right hand hurt...still feel good about it

still think straps are useful for reps but i feel....
less dependant

Chalk>straps in every way. Using straps too often can lead to problems with the tendons on your wrist too but another reason not to is have you ever seen popeye nobody screws with that dude and wins

My personal favorite:

Schiek Wrist Supports

They feel great on my wrists, and give me the support I am looking for on heavy presses. Also important to note that Ive broken my wrist before. Definitely worth checking out.

I am on my second pair of harbinger straps - cheap and does the trick, allows me to DL to my leg/glute/back potential and not only to my grip's constraint.

I bought harbinger wraps as well this last summer for presses but I do not feel they do as much for my presses as the straps did for my pulls. I use them above 85% of max.

Not trying to hate but unless you have a 800 pound deadlift or more then you should be able to grip it and rip it if not then you should work on grip. When I do my 1rm I stand and hold the bar for as long as possible. Chalk and your own thumbs for deadlifts.

Harbinger. And ive tried A LOT of different ones. Theyre longer and flexible so they keep your wrist set and you can still move if needed (if that makes sense).

Good point, especially seeing I am 410'ish on the DL 1rm. The other day, I did 360 chalked up, but today, in my man cave where I don't have chalk, I started slipping at 320.

Maybe it's time to bite the bullet and buy chalk [emoji123]

For wrist wraps I like pump chasers. They were cheap and they're actually really good quality/sturdy. Would give them a try I think they're only 15-20 bucks
