Been following with interest several threads about eating and gaining mass.
My training progress is slowing and Im still losing weight. Guess that means Im not eating enough. As a former fat boy whos been working hard to lean out, the thought of having to eat more than I do now freaks me out a bit. Youd think the idea would be appealing. Lack of progress seems just as unappetizing so Im caught in the middle. Maybe I just need to change my idea of what progress is
Curious if any one else has been in this boat? If so, howd you overcome it?
