Fear of food?

Been following with interest several threads about eating and gaining mass.

My training progress is slowing and Im still losing weight. Guess that means Im not eating enough. As a former fat boy whos been working hard to lean out, the thought of having to eat more than I do now freaks me out a bit. Youd think the idea would be appealing. Lack of progress seems just as unappetizing so Im caught in the middle. Maybe I just need to change my idea of what progress is :confused:

Curious if any one else has been in this boat? If so, howd you overcome it?

Youre just going to have to get into the mind set that if you want to be huge you need to eat huge.


You can NEVER bulk up and cut at the same time so the name of the game is bulk up for a while and then clean up and cut then bulk and cut so on so forth.


I know it's hard but nothing about bodybuilding is easy.
