Listen guys (newbies to GH), it doesn't happen straight away. Nothing does with GH.
It takes around, 4 weeks to 8 weeks, to start feeling it improving, benefiting your sleep. Provided your taking it, 2 IU to 4 IU pre-bed, is enough. 2 hrs post last meal.
That's the first sign you will ever see from legitimate GH, then Skin, hair, nails, and feeling better, more calmer.
Some people (newbies), don't start jumping now in at 6iu or 8 iu, or a whole generic 10 iu vial.
Start at 2iu at night, and then 2-4 weeks, up it, to 4 IU a day (am and pm), do that for another 2-4 weeks, and then 6 iu.
Don't start thinking, 2 iu isn't doing anything, so i will start now at 6, 8, or 10 whole IU vial.
