Female anavar cycle 5 weeks in, starting cut

that's exactly why I am also kinda hesitant of the base... I don't like halo, not for me as it doesn't give me what I want and the aggression I can do without.... I'm not a powerlifter... if I was... hell ya!
I use halo and tren base for those reasons. I just pop/shoot them as needed, especially if I'm carb deficient... It really gets me through a tough workout sometimes.

Pharmacom makes a winny, tren and test base mix that I'm curious to try.

I'm sorry I forgot to address my thoughts on the birth control. In my opinion it is counter productive. I could be wrong but based on my own and a few ladies that we all have done cycles with b/c and without. I find that I get significantly less gains when on b/c. It's like it is not allowing me to grow muscle and holds me back. Which in a way makes sense... or at least to me... lol

Since synthetic estrogens raise SHBG quite significantly, which to me basically means that it will reduce/block the amount of mgs you are putting in your body of whatever compound. Or reduce it significantly. And at our tiny doses it almost defeats the purpose. It will also increase cortisol which promotes the breakdown of muscle.

Also, which does make sense, b/c may have the benefit of reducing some of the virilising effects. Unless you are using it for medical reasons then stopping would not be ideal for you. I personally always go off b/when cycling as I never seen any benefits to stay on but it interferes with my gains.

To be honest... when your period stops on gear, you can't get pregnant... you're not ovulating/releasing eggs... I could be wrong but I've been off bc for years and when I have my period off cycle or at the beginning of one, I'm just careful. Using other protection. After it stops which is usually a few weeks in then I don't worry about it. Never had an issue.

I honestly believe it's just counterproductive...
 
It may be easier if you give us your typical day and we can adjust/take it from there...

have you checked out Oregongearhead's "What are you eating thread?"...lots of guys are cutting now there are tons of tips in there. I want to try this tip I got from Notits about a couple tblesp of avocado oil to kill hunger cravings. OGH once said he keeps peppermint mints for those late night sweet cravings so he doesnt go off the rails

I feel you. All the extra working out and I'm finding cycling calories helps. Lower days mixed in with a maintenance day and daily cardio to burn cals. I would also replace one of the shakes with actual food. I do a huge mixing bowl size salad with iceberg lettuce (easiest on my stomach) and all my favorite veg topped off with a can of premium chicken breast chunks - great value from costco, btw- instead of a shake.

You aren't getting enough....possibly fats if you're craving sugars... let me give you some examples. This is what my typical day looks like when I'm really not following any plan and i don't have deadlines. Just my day to day.

2-3 hrs later I have a snack...usually a shake with a couple of almonds and some cut up peppers if I need more

Lunch...I typically have chicken with sweet potatoes and a ton of green veggies...or beef a couple times a week.

2-3 hrs later snack- protein shake or green veggies or peppers sometimes I go for eggs or even nuts

2-3hrs later...Prior to gym after work, I have a shake

Immediately after I have fish and greens salad

2 hrs later, before bed, I have some cottage cheese with cinnamon as my snack and more protein

Also, I always have strips of chicken breast ready to go in my cooler if I want more or replace the shakes...and drink lots of water...that will trick you into thinking you're full
 
You really need to get a coach to help with your diet. Food is key first. I see a lot of flaws In your food plan. What ratio are you using? Cutting is not just about less food its more about amping up you metabolism. To the point you are burning fat. I'm always eating 6 to 7 meals whether its cutting or bulking. The magic is in the food and ratios.

That's a lot of shakes!:eek: I used to drink as many, mostly because I loved the way they taste, but felt guilty about not getting my protein primarily through whole foods, so I cut it down to one a day.
 
Well... to let you in on a little secret that very few recently found out.... I am planning a tren run... :) (one of the only compounds that I haven't tried myself, oh and test - definitely not ready for that yet) It would be almost fun being blasted by those against it... And curious what reasoning they have...I'm advanced enough that I know I can dabble in it and have the results I am after...I am carefully preparing myself for it and planning every detail to ensure a smooth run... I've had a few of my girls run it and loved it and I loved what it did for them.

Did you find you got much less sides from other compound? The. Super small test dosage?

My gf is using pharmacom anavar 10mg a day. Reporting no major sides just a bit more sensitive on the clito. thats it. Voice and body hairs are normal at the moment she is 6 weeks in. Will do 8 weeks and then taper down to 5mg for one week and stop at the end of week 9.

She bulked at first then tried to cut at 1300kcal but we are doing a bit to many cheat day so she didn't lose any wait but didn't get any fat as well. I guess she is recomping looking at her.

One thing I could tell is never use var and pt141 together lol

We were playing with pt141 and she never felt it at all, this time with 10mg var and 3mg of pt141 she couldn't walk with any tight pants because it was so sensitive the clito that it was hurting her.

It looks fun for us but she told me that it wasn't at all, because it was really to sensitive. She had trouble having sex as well because of it. It was gone after 24hr.

She would love to try a bit of test very low dose just for the libido. She has a good libido I can't complain but she knows that I could handle more then what she can gives me, so she really think sometime of just enchance herself just to have more fun and pleasure together.

I always told her that it's no need at the moment and I'm worried of possible side effect, I don't want her to ruin her feminine aspect just to hump on me more frequently then what we do already.

Still it's a very sweet thought that she had :) I love her lol

Hi guys, I'm a 24 yr old female finishing up my mini 5 week bulk cycle and now beginning my cut for the next 5 weeks. Im taking 10mg of anavar daily the whole 10 weeks split in 2 doses split am and preworkout pm. I'm 5'2, my starting weight was 136 with 25% bodyfat. I have gone up to 144 while dropping down to 22%. I have been consuming 2-2.3k calories during these 5 weeks. My macros were roughly 140g protein 180g carbs and 28g fat. I want to start my cut and was wondering what would be a good calorie deficit to drop to?

My big three lifts have have gone from:

Bench: 65 Lbs. - 100 lbs.

Squat: 95 Lbs. - 185 lbs.

Deadlifts: 95 Lbs. - 205 lbs.



I also had some questions in regards to if its normal feeling so drain and tired most of the day? I drink a lot of water throughout the day normally a gallon. Also, is Having a lot of pain on my clitoris normal? I was hoping some of the girls on here might have some input on these questions

Hi Krista, how did the 5 week mini bulk go for you during the beginning of your cycle? I was thinking of doing the same, bulking the first half then cutting during the second half. I was wondering if you had any significant gains in lbm.

I'm torn between wanting to bulk and wanting to cut! But if it's possible to have the best of both worlds while on cycle, then I'm on it.:D I know everybody else will say to do one or the other, but it seems that there's quite a few women who have chosen to split between both. Just wanted to hear about your own personal experience.

This is my first cycle, and for my first cycle I'm taking it as a learning experience.

When I started to bulk I was scared to eat to much and now that I'm starting to cut its hard for me to stop eating as much.
When I start to bulk I saw a great improvement in my strength. Now that I'm cutting I'm noticing I am lack of energy


The first couple of weeks I was always tired and sleepy. A lot of people were telling me it was my diet.

I'll let u know how it goes for the rest of my weeks.

Lol its not too bad... 2-3 of my shakes usually have a base of cold pressed greens and some fruits. So it's still full of nutrition. my protein has no sugars or carbs, and it does the job for a quick on the run.
