Female androgen use ... add estradiol ?

Do you think it is useful to add low dose estradiol ( transdermal or oral ) for a female ( not menopausal age) that natural estradiol level got diminished due to androgen use ( anavar or deca ou even testosterone ) ? To mitigate side effects of androgens , like as avoiding androgen dominance and masculinization .
I have heard of some coaches of wellness and bikini division are doing this for their athletes.
Do someone have any experience with this ?
