Any ladies with experience on this?
Got a Female friend who is dieting and doing cardio cause she is overweight.
Would 5mg of winny tabs per day, or 50mg of primo weekly or bi-weekly be better at saving the musclemass for this?
Also, we do NOT want to put on any more weight or ruin her period cycles.
(she was on 10mg winny per day and put on 10 pounds in 10 days almost without touching a weight!! plus, her period totally stopped until she quit taking the winny tabs, so I cut her back to 5mg after her period came back)
